Our policies

Durham Pointers is a group of volunteers whose aim is to help visitors to Durham City find their way around and enjoy their time here. To make sure we operate in a safe and timely manner, we have key policies that are followed by all of our volunteers. Our committee reviews our policies regularly to make sure they are clear and appropriate.
